As the Founder & President of Elite Strategies Group LLC, Tiffaney is a visionary leader and change agent.
She leads the strategy and innovation consultancy, emphasizing servant leadership and high standards of excellence.
A professional educator with two decades of experience as a teacher, administrator, and advocate, she is passionate about making real change in the world and transforming underserved communities.
In 2020, sparked by the desire to translate the conversation regarding access and equity into action, she launched Elite Strategies Group LLC.
A strategy & innovation consultancy providing solutions to help transform communities. She employs best practices to move the needle of increasing equity & access in underserved communities. She embodies the philosophy "Be the change that you wish to see in the world".
As an industry-leading professional, Tiffaney is a highly sought-after leader and consultant. She consults with institutions, organizations, and individuals around the country.
She is a certified career coach & holds certifications in Elementary Education, English Speakers of Other Languages (ESL), Business Education, & Educational Leadership. She has served on various local, state, and national boards throughout her career.
She has been a teacher and instructional leader at the secondary and post-secondary levels. She served as an administrator in Technical and Community Colleges.
Tiffaney is a proud alumna of Florida A&M University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Tiffaney earned a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
Tiffaney leads Elite Strategies Group with her trademark enthusiasm and
people-driven leadership style. Forever a teacher at heart, she uses her authentic leadership style to mentor emerging leaders.
